We're looking for a proactive and strategic IT procurement expert to lead sourcing and category management across Toll's Asia-based businesses. If you're passionate about optimizing IT spend, building strong supplier relationships, and making a tangible impact on our technology landscape, this role is for you!

What You will Do & How You can Make an Impact:

As our IT Sourcing & Category Management Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind strategic IT procurement initiatives across our diverse Asian businesses. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring we get the best value, mitigate risks, and align our IT investments with Toll's ambitious "One Toll" strategy.

Be a Trusted Partner: Collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to truly understand their needs and desired outcomes, translating them into effective sourcing strategies.

Strategize & Execute: Lead the end-to-end procurement process, from developing smart sourcing strategies and analysing spend to leading competitive RFx processes, negotiating winning deals, and finalizing robust contracts.

Shape the Future: Support the development and ongoing management of IT category plans, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.

Drive Value & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs, enhance value, and mitigate supply chain risks within our IT ecosystem.

Ensure Compliance & Quality: Guarantee all agreements meet legal requirements, Toll policies, industry best practices, and our risk appetite.

Nurture Key Relationships: Manage crucial supplier relationships, ensuring they deliver on their commitments and consistently meet agreed-upon service levels. You'll be the guardian of our supplier performance!

What You'll Bring to the Team:

You're more than just a procurement specialist; you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the fast-paced world of IT.

Procurement Pro: Extensive end-to-end category management knowledge and significant commercial experience, ideally within a large enterprise or similar industry.

IT Procurement Guru: A minimum of 7 years' experience specifically in ICT procurement or commercial management.

Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of a wide range of IT systems and technologies, including Digital (web, mobile apps, databases), Cloud solutions, Infrastructure, and various Applications.

Market Insight: Excellent research and networking skills to keep Toll at the cutting edge of industry best practices and strategic trends.

Results-Oriented: A demonstrated history of delivering tangible procurement benefits, including significant cost savings and avoidance.

Financial Acumen: Proficiency in developing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models, incorporating all cost dimensions and risk analysis.

Contractual Confidence: A solid understanding of contract law as it applies to purchasing goods and services.

Influential Communicator: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly present options and recommendations to support critical supplier decisions.

Your Qualifications:

A Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Law, Information Technology, or related working experience.

Professional membership with relevant associations (e.g., CIPS) will be value add.
