Job summary

DHL IT Services is seeking graduates for an 18-month Graduate Trainee Program in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will be part of a dynamic IT solutions team, learning to build, run, and support IT services and infrastructure across business units.

You will gather requirements, test solutions, document activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop professional and consulting skills in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

Recognized Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or relevant fields.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Eagerness to take responsibility and multitask.
Fresh graduates or postgraduates welcome; less than one year of experience.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of IT solutions and services to meet business needs.
Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams on initiatives.
Participate in solution testing, process improvement, and system implementation activities.
Support project coordination and ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
Gain exposure to different business functions, technologies, and IT service areas.
Continuously learn and develop professional, technical, and consulting skills.
