We are looking for an IT Solutions Consultant to join our DevOps team, working collaboratively on making our products best in class. You will be part of a team responsible for critical DHL Express platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, a team player, and passionate about resolving challenging tasks. Our team handles various projects, including developing new features, upgrading EOSL components, removing security vulnerabilities, and migrating to the cloud.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requests, requirements, and deliverables.
2. Assist in developing user experience strategies aligned with project objectives, KPIs, and target audiences.
3. Take end-to-end responsibility for our systems, including designing, developing, testing, operating, and supporting.
4. Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, system test case development, interface analysis, and documentation (SRS).
5. Deliver services according to agreed SLAs (TRT, Availability, Performance).
6. Document work using standard methods and tools.
7. Manage stakeholder expectations.
8. Set up and maintain test environments and test data.

Experience with data analytic tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and database knowledge is a plus. Strong knowledge of APIs: SOAP, REST, XML/XSD, JSON is essential. Understanding user-centered design principles is advantageous.

You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize effectively under time and workload pressures. In a multinational environment, cross-region collaboration is common, so fluency in spoken and written English is highly beneficial.
