Etika is seeking an IT Senior Project Manager cum Business Analyst to lead and facilitate the full project lifecycle across their organization. The successful candidate will manage complex projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure adherence to PMO frameworks. This role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in project management and/or business analysis required.
  • Experience managing medium-to-large scale IT or business transformation projects.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Financials/Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.

IT Senior Project Manager cum Business Analyst

Lead the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

Track milestones, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across business, technical, and external stakeholders.

Work closely and collaborate with identified vendor partner to deliver outcomes.

Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and change control processes.

Ensure adherence to Asahi PMO framework and governance.

2. Business Analysis Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.

Analyse current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution design.

Translate business needs into technical requirements or user stories for the development team.

Support solution validation, including system testing, UAT, and deployment.

Ensure the delivered solution meets business goals and user expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related discipline.

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in project management and/or business analysis.

Minimum 5 full project lifecycle implementation.

Demonstrate business domain knowledge in one or more of these areas: Financials/Controlling, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Cross-Functional Integration.

Have knowledge and experience in one or more of these IT or technology areas: ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), Microsoft products (e.g. Power Suite, Azure Cloud), RPA, Automation platform, Integration tools.

Experience managing medium-to-large scale IT or business transformation projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills especially with top and senior business stakeholders.

Driven and ability to set pace and drive momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, independent and resourceful to drive and deliver results.
