Responsibilities

1. Active collaboration and operational support in the product area Endpoint Protection
2. Design, coordinate, and implement Endpoint Protection solutions into a productive environment
3. Create and adapt concepts and technical documentation
4. Communicate with customers in the region for Endpoint Protection and other services like Remote Access (VPN), Internet Access
5. Collaborate in IT-Security projects
6. Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to address issues promptly
7. Interpret data and identify solutions, navigating various processes and procedures
8. Perform software tests on websites/apps and respond to user emails to diagnose and fix performance issues
9. Design database resource distribution and provide physical modeling to optimize database performance

Requirements

• High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
• Relevant multi-year professional experience in network and IT security
• Experience with IT security products and concepts (Endpoint Protection)
• Certifications in Endpoint Protection (e.g., Windows Defender, SentinelOne, Crowdstrike)
• Basic experience in Risk Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Teamwork, initiative, flexibility, resilience
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to provide technical guidance
• Ability to support business processes using standard office software
• Ability to work with guidance to develop plans and analyze data trends
• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations
• Ability to review and create clear and effective reports
