This role is for a proactive and skilled DLP Platform Operations Engineer responsible for managing and supporting the daily operations of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platforms. The candidate will ensure platform stability, manage endpoint agents, handle incidents and troubleshooting, support DLP projects, and work with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. The role is crucial for enforcing data protection policies and minimizing the risk of sensitive data leakage.

• Monitor and manage the health and performance of DLP infrastructure and endpoints.
• Perform routine checks and validations to ensure correct application of DLP policies across systems.
• Respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and policy violations.
• Oversee deployment, upgrades, and health monitoring of DLP agents across endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve agent-related issues to ensure consistent policy enforcement.
• Investigate DLP incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Escalate and manage complex issues with internal teams or external vendors.
