Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Sales Account Manager located in Mukim 10 (Bukit Relau). The IT Sales Account Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored IT solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. You will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions, server and storage systems, and network security
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored IT solutions
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ELV systems, project management, and software development is a plus
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
