Job description

● 8+ years of relevant experience in Release Management or similar roles

● Background of working with MSPs or BPOs is preferred

● Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as the working language

● ITIL v4 Foundation, Project Management, and other relevant certifications

● Proven experience in release management, preferably in a large enterprise environment

● Strong familiarity with infrastructure, deployment, and post-release support

● Experience in QA, project management, and SDLC

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

● Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management

● Experience with ticketing systems

● Ability to work on call during off-hours occasionally for urgent cases

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

4+ years of experience in IT release management, change management, or IT operations

Deep understanding of release and change governance frameworks

Familiarity with release tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps
