About the role

As an IT Recruiter at Agensi Pekerjaan Achieve Career Consultant (M) Sdn Bhd (JTKSM 579), you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent for a variety of IT roles within our client companies. This is a full-time position based in our office in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. You will play a crucial part in helping us build high-performing teams for our clients in the technology industry.

What you'll be doing

Actively sourcing and screening qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and social media platforms

Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit and skills

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Providing timely feedback and updates to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

Maintaining a robust talent pipeline and database to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates

Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies

Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our processes

What we're looking for

Preferably relevant experience in IT recruitment or a related field.

Fresh graduates with relevant IT degrees are encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to identify the right technical skills and qualifications for various roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients

Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles

Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies
