What You'll Do:
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards and social media
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and fit for the role
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates
Track recruitment metrics to analyze effectiveness of hiring processes
Assist in creating job descriptions and postings that reflect company culture

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or tech roles
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills required within the industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
