What does the role involve?

• As an IT Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
• Your responsibilities will include designing, creating, and maintaining comprehensive test cases that align with our project goals.
• You will collaborate closely with the Scrum teams in our Marketing and Sales departments to develop and implement innovative solutions on our Salesforce platform.
• You will also develop and maintain test suites using our test management tools. By creating detailed test plans based on the scope of each release, you will ensure we achieve thorough testing coverage.
• In partnership with our Test Automation Engineer, you will help define the scope of test automation initiatives and provide valuable support throughout the automation process.
• You will have the chance to share your insights and experiences with the team, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance process and framework. Your dedication will play a key role in shaping the future of quality assurance within our organization, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our testing processes and coverage.

What you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a cumulative CGPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in manual or automated testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL is advantageous.
• Practical experience with Agile Software Development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Scrum team members and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong structural, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a well-balanced, adaptable communication style.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
