As a Project Manager within the Platform Engineering Transformation Team, you will be at the center of this journey!

You will manage development tools migrations to cloud instances — like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Testing tools, Internal Development Platform — and oversee the rollout of new tools serving thousands of colleagues. You will ensure a smooth onboarding/migration experience and collaborate with a team of highly skilled colleagues across multiple locations, bringing new ideas to life.

Major responsibilities and requirements:

• Project management: Oversee overall project delivery, ensuring it meets user needs and business objectives with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Financial Control: Ensure the project stays within budget, monitor resource spending, and handle risks.
• Resource Management: Manage vendors, contractors, or internal staff to meet customer expectations and project goals. Track licenses and usage metrics for reporting.
• Technical Insights: Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and tools adoption is essential for successful project delivery.
• Best Practices: Promote project management best practices and ensure policy compliance.

Proven experience in managing software migrations, adoption, or delivery projects is required. Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.

You should have a can-do attitude, open mindset, and ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks and projects. Working in a multinational environment, strong spoken and written English skills are necessary for cross-region collaboration.
