Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role involves coordinating cross-discipline team members, managing resources, and mitigating project risks. The IT Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans, establish relationships with external parties, and create comprehensive project documentation. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid technical background in software development and web technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Jira/Confluence are required.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
3. Ensure resource availability and allocation
4. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
6. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
8. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
9. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

Requirements and skills:

1. 2+ years project management experience
2. Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
8. Proven ability to solve problems creatively
9. Strong working knowledge of Jira/Confluence
10. Experience in Forex, FinTech or similar field
