About the role

We are seeking IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at POMEN AutoData Sdn Bhd. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is based in our office in Shah Alam, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines and budgets

Coordinating cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and milestones

Identifying and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies to keep projects on track

Communicating project status, progress and outcomes to key stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with internal processes, policies and industry best practices

Providing mentorship and guidance to project team members

Continuously improving project management methodologies and tools

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role

Strong working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects

Proficient in using project management software such as ClickUp or Jira

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantages
