About the role

As an IT Project Manager at SF TECHLOGIS SDN BHD, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex IT projects that are vital to the company's growth and success. In this full-time position based in Senai, Johor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of IT projects
• Coordinating and overseeing the work of project teams, including IT professionals, developers, and other stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective strategies to address challenges that arise during project execution
• Communicating project status, progress, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders
• Ensuring projects adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Continuously looking for ways to improve project management processes and methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align IT requirements with business objectives.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, leading the delivery of complex technology projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing project requirements
