Without you, our business stops! Our 1,400+ workstations (95% Mac, 5% Windows/Linux), on-premise servers (OpenStack/Debian), and state-of-the-art network infrastructure (Fortigate/Aruba) across 4 continents depend on your expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work on IT operations and network administration for all of our global offices, currently 24. This includes tasks related to MDM, SSO, IAM, and ZTNA. You will also participate in local and global projects, such as disaster recovery, security exercises, and evaluating new technologies. Additionally, on a rotational basis, you will be part of our NSOC team monitoring network security, providing an opportunity to explore the security domain as a security analyst. Many colleagues have transitioned from IT Operations to Security!

What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, JumpCloud, and Cato Networks
• Hands-on skills configuring and troubleshooting Fortigate Firewalls and HP/Aruba access points and switches
• Ability to stay calm and effective under stress
• Familiarity with VPN, ZTNA, MDM, MFA, and disaster recovery concepts
• Intrinsic drive to find root causes and implement simple solutions
• Excellent English communication skills

What’s Good To Have

• Experience with agile project management
• Coding or database skills outside of IT Operations
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Alicloud
