Description and Requirements
  1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of multiple business-related applications, including troubleshooting, rapid diagnosis, and resolution of user issues/incidents within SLA, responding to and resolving user inquiries and requests.
  2. Tech lead of the applications, familiar with business processes, system implementation, and capable of analyzing complex single and cross-functional issues to provide solutions. Ready to coach associate team members to deliver IT operational services.
  3. Work with upstream/downstream system IT engineers to resolve cross-functional issues, providing operational suggestions across multiple systems/applications data flows.
  4. Responsible for intelligent operation solutions/fulfillment such as automation and AI IT systems, delivering solutions based on operational data analysis, and collaborating with relevant teams in development.
  5. Collaborate with L3 on technical issues' primary analysis and troubleshooting, follow up with new enhancements and sprints of implementations, and engage early in knowledge transfer and post-go-live handover.
