Must have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in IT support or a similar role.
Responsible for IT administration, company web design, web hosting management, e-commerce, and assisting the IT Executive with software-related activities.
Coordinate website design and platform management for Dai Lieng Group IT as directed by the IT Manager.
Maintain the company's website and related software for Dai Lieng Group of companies.
Gather user requirements and propose software projects to management, including website, e-commerce, CRM, and ERP/Accounting software.
Organize and maintain files, records, correspondence, and reports, ensuring timeliness and avoiding duplication, especially related to software projects.
Review and analyze the company website, conduct competitive analysis, perform keyword research, monitor organic rankings, and oversee web monitoring daily.
