Job description

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields in Information Digitalization.

At least 5 years of experience in enterprise information system development, proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#/.NET, ABAP, and Node.js with frontend frameworks (React, Vue), with hands-on software development experience.

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management companies is preferred.

Strong learning ability, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Willing to travel and support software system development and maintenance for Southeast Asia branch offices.

Responsibilities:

Identify business needs for digital transformation and information system upgrades, participate in internal information system project research and analysis, facilitate communication through meetings with relevant departments, and prepare project requirement reports.

Possess deep knowledge of the logistics industry and company business processes, accurately interpret both business and system functional requirements, and deliver functional design solutions that meet business objectives.

Follow the annual information system project plan set by the headquarters, monitor the progress of system implementations across subsidiary companies, manage the overall project timeline, coordinate resources for product development, and ensure project coordination throughout the process, including post-launch system optimization and updates.

Oversee software delivery and acceptance, address system anomalies by analysing root causes, and implement program improvements.

Manage key system functionalities, ensure smooth system operations and maintenance, and respond swiftly and effectively to system malfunctions.

Responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining internal system (e.g., financial report systems, Smart business system).

Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
