Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application design, development, and delivery

• Architect scalable .NET and API-based solutions

• Oversee MSSQL database design and performance optimization

• Drive system integration and API strategy

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders

• Review code quality, architecture, and best practices

• Manage junior developers and task allocation

• Ensure delivery across SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)

• Own production issues, escalation, and solutioning
