Malaysian financial services company with over 20 years of experience in hire purchase and leasing for vehicles and equipment. The company has since expanded into consumer goods financing, personal loans, credit sales, and Shariah-compliant financing (i-Fund). Operating under KPKT regulations, the company is backed by a professional team skilled in financial assessment, committed to meeting diverse financial needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage an Information Technology (IT) team of 4 members, providing necessary IT systems.
2. Oversee Information Systems Planning, Design & Implementation, e.g., Online Identification System & Management Personal Information System.
3. Define policies, procedures, and work instructions supporting business objectives.
4. Coordinate, manage, and motivate the department to meet schedules and goals.
5. Communicate accurately and negotiate with vendors.
6. Recommend policies and infrastructure improvements.
7. Collaborate with other functional heads to define systems and solutions for business issues and problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in system development, preferably in a Japanese company.
