Job Responsibilities

1. Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
2. Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improvement.
3. Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
4. Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new technologies.
5. Manage team and report on team performance.
6. Adhere to and comply with the mandatory rules, regulations, codes, guidelines, and standards applicable to the company’s occupational health, safety, and environmental management system.
7. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years of working experience in IT development is required for this position.
3. Experienced in design & development of information systems.
4. Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems are preferable.
5. Required skill(s): SDLC, SQL, Web-based technologies, Scripting, Business Process Reengineering.
6. Possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
7. Possess excellent project management skills.
