Job description

1. Develop and maintain system plans, and implement IT policies to ensure data accuracy and security.

2. Analyze business processes and requirements, translating them into effective IT solutions.

3. Recommend appropriate technologies for IT infrastructure and systems that effectively support the company's needs.

4. Develop process improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

5. Monitor IT performance regularly to prevent unplanned outages and downtime.

6. Build and retain strong IT capabilities and skills through employee development, including relevant training.

7. Supervise and motivate the IT team to work collaboratively and efficiently.

8. Coordinate with the IT team to ensure technology, infrastructure, and operational requirements are met.

9. Plan and manage the department budget, understanding costs and benefits to the business.

10. Oversee system security and data integrity within the company.

11. Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by top management as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.

2. Valid driving license.

3. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

4. Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience.

5. Safeguard of all software, IT infrastructure, hardware, and peripherals.

6. Skills in ERP, WMS, MS SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, SharePoint.

7. Preferably 3-5 years of experience in IoT implementation, architecture, and deployment, with knowledge in industrial automation, machine learning, and cloud computing.
