Job description

· Oversee daily IT operations to ensure technology supports overall business goals.

· Plan, coordinate, and manage IT setup for new store openings and renovation projects, including equipment procurement, network setup, and system installations.

· Manage and maintain IT infrastructure such as servers, data storage, network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection.

· Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

· Lead system implementation projects, coordinating with vendors and providing user training and post-deployment support.

· Ensure proper documentation and control of system changes, updates, and security patches.

· Provide technical support for hardware, software, Xilnex systems, and networking across multiple locations.

· Manage vendor relationships, service-level agreements, and IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

· Conduct regular IT training sessions to improve employee cybersecurity awareness and effective use of systems.

· Stay current with emerging IT trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve IT operations and security.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in IT management or a similar leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, and system implementation.

· Experience managing IT projects, including hardware/software deployments and upgrades.

· Familiarity with regulatory compliance and IT governance standards.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Strong vendor management and budgeting experience.

· Proficiency in managing IT support operations and helpdesk systems.

· Knowledge of cloud services, server/storage management, and disaster recovery planning.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams
