Job description

Lead and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, and systems across the organization.

Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and networks.

Evaluate and recommend software/hardware upgrades to align with business needs and industry standards.

Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, setup, and maintenance of computers, servers, networking equipment, office devices and security configurations.

Monitor and manage cybersecurity measures, data protection policies, and IT compliance to ensure virus-free IT working environment.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users and departments.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI), smart home systems, and automation, to evaluate and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT managerial or senior executive role.

Strong technical expertise in office IT infrastructure, networking, server management, cybersecurity, and business software applications.
