Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented contracts and compliance professional to support IT-related agreements and regulatory compliance. You will review contracts, assist with governance, and help ensure SLAs are monitored across projects.

You will collaborate with IT and legal teams, organize contract databases, and perform regulatory research to support risk management and compliance efforts. This role integrates with cross-functional teams and ensures documentation integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing IT-related contracts
• Support compliance efforts for FDA, HIPAA, GxP, and licensing agreements
• Help manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct legal research on data governance and regulatory frameworks
• Organize and maintain legal documentation and contract databases
• Collaborate with IT and legal teams on cross-functional projects
