Key Responsibilities

• Application Implementation and Maintenance

• Implement and maintain business applications, including ERP, POS, in-house, and third-party systems.

• Troubleshoot application issues, manage upgrades and patches, and liaise with vendors.

• Gather requirements from departments and configure/customize applications to meet operational needs.

• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting manuals.

• AI System Implementation and Support

• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement AI solutions across retail, operations, logistics, finance, and marketing.
