- Design, develop, and implement in-house software applications according to client needs.
- Analyze, test, and support users with technical issues.

- Provide first-line technical support for printers, desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT problems related to printers, including hardware failures, software glitches, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Set up and maintain IT configurations.
- Coordinate with vendors for software upgrades.
- Maintain IT assets inventory and documentation.
- Document all support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions.
- Participate in IT projects and system upgrades as required.
- Lead and manage the IT team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
- Strong understanding and technical skills in copier technologies (printers, copiers, scanners).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT solution design and expertise in printing management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, PHP, HTML, and C++.
