Job Title: IT Executive

As the IT Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will be responsible for managing the company's information technology needs and systems. Responsibilities

1. Oversee all IT operations: computer networks, hardware, software, and other IT infrastructure.
2. Develop and implement policies for information security and privacy.
3. Identify and troubleshoot technical and software issues across The Makeover Guys Group.
4. Design and implement database and network solutions.
5. Install and upgrade company-wide software and ensure system security.
6. Recover, install, troubleshoot, or replace malfunctioning devices.
7. Coordinate with vendors on asset management.

Working Arrangement

This is an office-based role. You will work closely with the Office Manager, People & Culture team, and Digital Transformation team.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (experience in SMEs or startups is a plus).
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
• Fluent in English.
