Join our team as an IT Executive and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure and application projects.
2. Support implementation of cybersecurity controls in accordance with company policies.
3. Implement security improvements and controls, respond to IT-related incidents, and assist with vulnerability remediation.
4. Perform day-to-day helpdesk responsibilities, including responding to IT requests and troubleshooting.
5. Responsible for and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on IT network systems.
6. Assist in risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal IT governance and technology risk policies.
7. Document project activities, user guides, and implementation plans.
8. May be required to provide standby support after office hours during system maintenance.
9. Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior/Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing IT solutions, coordinating with vendors, and understanding cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience in security incident handling, vulnerability assessment, and patch management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of networks, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.

Special Requirements:

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in IT system implementation.
• Experience with security measures or EDR tools (e.g., SIEM, Trellix, etc.).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, backup tools, and endpoint protection.
