The IT Executive is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems. This role ensures the smooth operation of all IT systems and provides technical support to staff and guests. The IT Executive also plays a key role in troubleshooting issues, implementing new technologies, and maintaining IT security standards.
