Job description

• Responsible in ensuring an uninterruptible ICT service to the Company in carrying out its day-to-day activities.
• Providing front-end support to all users of the Company when required.
• Responsible for attending all training provided by operational software vendors and will assume the role as Application Champion.
• Responsible for ensuring the performance of daily system backup.
• In-charge of Office Automations supports and needs.
• Responsible for assisting other departments in evaluating the purchase of Software and Hardware or any ICT related equipment and peripherals.
• To provide the Management with constant technological updates and releases that may complement the company’s business plan and strategies.
• To ensure the legitimate usage of all software in the Company and that no “Pirate Software” is being used or installed in Personal Computers, Laptops and other form of computing devices owned by the Company.
• To ensure a high level of network security is in place to prevent any unwished and unauthorized internal and external intrusion.
• Responsible for the development, maintenance and updating of the Company’s website.
• Collaborate with other department to produce, plan, and publish electronic material for use not limited to the following:
• Website publication
• Intranet
• Information Kiosk
• Electronic newsletter and email contents
• And other communication as well as social network sites
• To carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Administrative Duties:

• Responsible in preparing, monitoring, and controlling monthly departmental budget, costing and expenses.
• Prepare and provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports on the development and project status of the department.
• Developing and implementing, when appropriate, additional IT policies, guidelines, or procedures.
• Develop, plan, implement and provide a measurable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the department.
• Responsible in drawing out a clear schedule of ICT housekeeping and maintenance works to be carried out annual.
• Responsible in building and maintaining vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
