We are in search of a talented and committed IT Executive to become part of our team. In the role of IT Executive, you will be essential in delivering exceptional IT support and services to our organization. This full-time position presents the chance to operate in a lively and fast-moving environment, where your responsibilities will include guaranteeing the smooth functioning of our IT systems and infrastructure.

This position will be based in GM Klang, Selangor.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide daily IT support to end users
  • Hardware infrastructure support
  • Software application support
  • Manage user account, access rights
  • Perform backup & restoration
  • Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly system monitoring
  • Liaise with IT vendor & service provider
  • Manage IT helpdesk & incidents
  • Implementation of IT projects/IT security
  • Provide training & guidance to users
What we’re looking for

Educational background: Possess tertiary qualifications in an IT-related discipline (or an equivalent level of experience)

Experience: Minimum 5 years experiences in IT support or a related role

Skills: Troubleshooting and technical support skills, basic knowledge of networking, firewall & data backup, IT security & analytics skills, documentation & reporting skills

Abilities: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable mindset

Capable of working effectively under pressure, handling tight deadlines, and managing priorities

Languages: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa
