Job summary

A leading company in the textile and apparel industry seeks an Information Technology Executive for providing IT support and maintaining systems including CCTV and networks. This role requires a proactive individual with a Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, preferably fluent in Mandarin, to manage various technical tasks and support the organization effectively.

Job description

Preferable candidates with a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any IT courses.

Preferable candidates who speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.

Experience in assembling PC / Notebook, troubleshooting Windows Operation System and Microsoft based applications.

Good knowledge and strong skills in installation, configuration, troubleshooting/diagnostic, support and maintenance of LAN/WAN network.

Good knowledge on Ms Office applications, Operating Systems, backup and recovery systems.

Self-motivated, proactive, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.

Good problem solving, Adaptability, Collaboration, Time Management, Critical Thinking. - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, Outlook - IP Network configuration & troubleshooting, Firewall - Windows Server, Windows OS, MacOS

Job Description

Provide IT support duties such as troubleshooting, installing, configuring and maintaining of IT equipment (computer hardware - desktop & notebook, computer software, CCTV, networks, printers, etc) and IT-related issues (such as network, email, etc.).

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responding promptly to IT issues and requests.

Repair and replace IT equipment as necessary.

Perform any task and assignment given by the superior from time to time.
