Job description

Responsible for IT operations of network maintenance, database administration, application software, office personal computers & peripherals, managing users’ access for the company computerized systems, perform and verify backup of all servers, maintenance and oversee entire IT infrastructures.

Troubleshooting and resolve any IT-related issues, network connectivity, software, printers, routers, networking devices and others.

Knowledge of active directory user, file securities and email management.

Understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices and technologies to protect systems and data from threats.

Troubleshoot and solve software issues and promote methods to enhance system configurations.

Source and coordinate with vendor for IT equipment, services or solutions and maintenance if needed.

Recording and tracking of IT Assets and inventory.

Perform basic administrative support duties to meet operational objectives.

Provide assistance and support IT-related projects.

Ensure a high level of IT service and support is provided to users.

Ensure IT practices in accordance with policy and procedures & legal requirement.

Working with various internal stakeholders to handle IT related inquiries and resolving any issues or errors in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Min Degree in IT, computer science, information system or equivalent.

At least 3 years working experience in related field in manufacturing industry.

Trouble shooting skill and knowledge in IT technology & system.

Knowledge of Linux server administration and cloud system.
