Overview

Assist in maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations. Perform regular system updates, backups, and software installations. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. Support IT projects, including system upgrades and new software deployments. Assist in ensuring the security and integrity of the organization’s data. Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly. Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve existing systems and implement new technology. IT infrastructure setup. Setup network Integration for Machines. Setup network security, firewall rules, antivirus and access control for office-floor and manufacturing floor systems. Support compliance with data security standards (ISO 27001, etc.) Maintain IT asset inventory, network diagrams, and system configuration records. Ensure proper data backup systems for plant-critical data.

Requirements
