Job description

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain IT Process Control Systems across multiple production sites in Asia and Europe, ensuring 24/7 operational continuity. Ensure smooth manufacturing operations by establishing and maintaining standardized systems across all sites.
• Handle changes or emergencies as needed for high priority issues. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Consolidate and analyze process and integration requirements to provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate, perform tests, standardize, and document business/system requirements and changes. Collaborate closely with IT technical teams, business functions, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely communication of requirements and progress.
• Integrate the R2R system with Recipe Management System (RMS), and any potential system to achieve the implementation goals.
