The primary role is to assist Information Technology (IT) Principal Engineer to manage the various MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operation and assist in smooth running of various applications and servers, responsible for all information exchange mechanism between MES and equipment’s in the production floor and provide a total system integrated with other IT systems and ensure the MES is in optimum condition to supports the business operation.

Report development (Fine Report design software & SQL query of Oracle database)

On-site operation and maintenance (Workshop MES computer & troubleshooting)

MES server management, manage MES virtualization server, understand how to start & stop all MES services

MES function development (Rock Well Factory Talk system & JAVA development)

MES support (support users to use MES system, install & debug MES)

Daily operation and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of system functions and solve user feedback problems.

Comply with and communicate the company’s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects/hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues

Communicate Emergency Response Plan

Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and EHS incidents (including near misses)

Job Related Experience:

Minimum 3-10 years’ experience in Corporate IT operational or similar field.

Knowledge:

Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE.

Systems: Windows, Cisco Systems, UNIX, Linux, AIX.

Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS.

Education:

Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Information System (IS) or Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science, or equivalent.

Communication:

Able to communicate with all levels in the organization.
