Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the IT infrastructure and solutions on a timely basis as assigned by the Company Management.
• Contribute to the development of the digitalization vision and strategies of the company to promote business growth.
• Maintain good relations with key personnel and stakeholders within the organization.
• Gather relevant knowledge and market information to ensure the company benefits from the latest know-how and adapts to the evolving automotive industry market.
• Continuously explore possible improvements for the company.
• Assist and advise other departments with business development needs and inquiries.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Ensure the budgeted capex for specific business development projects is managed appropriately to maximize returns.
• Negotiate to obtain the best value of service.
• Monitor related budgets throughout the year to ensure spending aligns with the budget.

Process & Operational:

• Assist departments in establishing and reviewing relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with Principal’s guidelines and Sime Darby’s standards.

Advise and assist relevant departments regarding projects coordinated by the Principal’s Business Development team or other special projects by Sime Darby and/or the Principal.
