- Minimum Diploma, Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Requirements:
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Responsible and able to work independently

Job Descriptions:
- Basic knowledge on Operating system such as Windows
- Handles any implementation of new software and hardware upgrades
- Maintain proper records of IT Asset Management
- Responsible for overall day-to-day computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, network, telephone and application support the Business continuity requirements
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents to minimize customer downtime
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and as a team player
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- To work on 12 hours shift including weekend and public holidays (weekly 2 days rest day)
