Overview

• Oversee the overall strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of the company’s information systems (ERP + CIM).
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and cybersecurity), ensuring system stability, scalability, and compliance with security standards.
• Establish system monitoring mechanisms and incident response procedures to ensure business continuity and promptly handle security incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate manufacturing processes and business requirements into effective IT system solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop the IT team, including workforce planning, training, and professional skill development.
• Continuously track emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and driving system upgrades and improvement projects to strengthen enterprise competitiveness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or above with at least 3 years’ experience in semiconductor (manufacturing) information department management
• ERP/Infra/CIM department operations integration and management
• Experience in ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) or MES system introduction and integration
• Possess good project management skills and be able to effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration and project execution
• Familiar with basic network planning and management experience related to corporate information technology computer rooms
• Familiar with information system integration and management of manufacturing automation systems and factory equipment control
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin, English (need to deal with Taiwan counterparts)
