• IT Infrastructure & Support: Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, and security measures to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data to generate actionable insights and reports for decision-making.
• Software & Hardware Coordination: Oversee the deployment, integration, and maintenance of business applications, software solutions, and hardware infrastructure.
• Project Management: Manage IT projects, including software and hardware implementation and upgrades, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with software and hardware providers, IT vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline operations.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance across IT operations.
• Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Other duties: Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
