Responsibilities:

1. Strategic:
   • Develop the IT infrastructure and solutions on a timely basis as assigned by the Company Management.
   • Contribute to the development of the digitalization vision and strategies to promote business growth.
   • Maintain good relations with key personnel and stakeholders within the organization.
   • Gather relevant knowledge and market information to ensure the company benefits from the latest know-how and market trends in the automotive industry.
   • Explore possible improvements for the company.
   • Assist and advise other departments on business development needs and inquiries.
2. Financial:
   • Manage the budgeted CAPEX for specific business development projects to maximize returns.
   • Negotiate to ensure the best value of service is obtained.
   • Monitor related budgets throughout the year to keep spending aligned with the budget.
3. Process & Operational:
   • Assist departments in establishing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with the Principal’s guidelines and company policies.
   • Advise and support departments on projects coordinated by the Principal’s Business Development team or other special projects by Sime Darby and/or the Principal.
