JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support office and production IT infrastructure systems.
- Provide support for internal (Intranet) and external (Internet) systems.
- Proactively ensure the highest level of system and infrastructure availability.
- Install and maintain PC hardware (including peripherals), software, and network systems.
- Participate in the implementation of in-house systems, including documentation, training, troubleshooting, backup, and restore operations.
- Proactively monitor and provide technical support for server hardware and operating systems, networking, and security systems (including firewalls, antivirus protection, backup solutions, scheduled tasks, and PC performance).
- Perform fast and accurate data recovery in the event of system or application failure.
- Ensure all office computers are updated with the latest virus definitions and Windows security patches.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency during task execution.
- Respond promptly to user support requests and maintenance needs.
- Minimize the risk of hardware and software failure to save time and resources, including office computers, servers, and network equipment.
- Ensure data accuracy, usability, and proper documentation in in-house systems.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness and temperature control of the computer and storage rooms.
- Handle new system development, software license management, and installation.
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network equipment.
- Work independently and efficiently within a team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
