Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system/application support and development.
• Hands on experience with Joget DX, Bold BI/Syncfusion, and REST API integration is required.
• Experience with ERP, HRMS, and manufacturing systems is an added advantage.

Role Description

We are looking for experienced IT Engineer based in Tangkak to develop, support, and maintain enterprise systems such as ERP, HRMS, Joget DX, and BI dashboards (Bold BI / Syncfusion). You’ll be involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements to system deployment and support.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from users.
• Develop applications, workflows (Joget DX), dashboards (Bold BI /Syncfusion).
• Provide support and customization for ERP and HRMS systems.
• Automate processes and integrate systems using APIs.
• Design and maintain reports using Crystal Reports.
• Conduct testing, user training, and prepare systems documentation.
• Support software license tracking and IT asset management.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/Computer Science, or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system/application support and development.
• Hands on experience with Joget DX, Bold BI/Syncfucion, SQL (MS SQL/MariaDB), Crystal Reports, REST API integration.
• Experienced in manufacturing systems (ERP, HRMS, WMS) is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Added advantage: Joget Certified Developer, BI Tool Certification, ITIL Foundation, Internal Auditor for ISO 13845/14001.
