Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 supports on IT related systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues reported by users.
• Collaborate with software vendors and developers for issue escalation and resolution.
• Monitor application performance and conduct regular health checks.
• Document incidents, resolutions, FAQs, and create user guides or training materials.
• Maintain SLAs for incident response and resolution times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security standards.
