Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate / diploma / degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in software development/support or IT project management.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with users at all levels.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support services for users, including operational guidance and troubleshooting on all application systems.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to design and propose IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage IT projects throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct user requirements and system feasibility studies.
  • Develop or review technical support documents and other SDLC-related documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working with stakeholders to address defects and issues.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and reliability of technical deliverables; review penetration test results and work with vendors to mitigate risks.
  • Support BCP/DRP activities.
  • Coordinate testing with PayNet SIT and UAT teams.
