Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate / diploma / degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in software development/support or IT project management.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with users at all levels.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills Required
- Experience in SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Experience in IT project management.
- Knowledge of computer programming and scripting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of banking products is an advantage.
Job Description:
- Provide technical support services for users, including operational guidance and troubleshooting on all application systems.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to design and propose IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage IT projects throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct user requirements and system feasibility studies.
- Develop or review technical support documents and other SDLC-related documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working with stakeholders to address defects and issues.
- Ensure the stability, security, and reliability of technical deliverables; review penetration test results and work with vendors to mitigate risks.
- Support BCP/DRP activities.
- Coordinate testing with PayNet SIT and UAT teams.
