MR DIY International is seeking a data analytics assistant to gather data from multiple sources, maintain data quality, and provide monthly updates to the department and management. You will support ad-hoc simulations and before-after analyses, assisting the analytics team in optimizing company initiatives.

The role requires a fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience, with a relevant bachelor's degree and strong MS Excel skills.

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, operational research, computer science, or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent numeracy, reporting and Excel skills.

Responsibility:

• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining good quality of the data.
• Provide Monthly update to the department and management.
• Provide support on various ad-hoc project simulation and before-after analysis.
• Assists the department on all kinds of analytical needs Involved in operational research to optimize various initiatives taken by the company.
• Developing new automation or reports using various tool.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates or with one to two years of working experience.
• Possess Bachelor’s Degree relevant to Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, operational research, computer science, business relevant majors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Excellent logical thinking, analytical thinking, problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Excellent in numeracy, reporting and analytical skills, with great command on MS Excel skills.
• Knowing python programming and SQL is a plus
• Strong adaptability, flexibility and initiative
