Job summary

Navis Capital Partners is seeking an IT Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead day‑to‑day IT operations and cybersecurity across all offices. You will ensure reliable helpdesk support, 24/7 threat monitoring with the MSSP, and ongoing delivery of IT infrastructure and applications.

The role requires proactive hands‑on leadership and policy enforcement to meet technology risk requirements. You will implement IT governance, manage vendors and audits, and identify opportunities to improve security,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
8+ years IT experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in financial services or asset management is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity controls, IAM, and threat monitoring.
Familiarity with AI applications and digital/workspace tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations and cybersecurity across Navis offices.
Lead end‑user support, 24/7 monitoring with MSSP collaboration, and policy enforcement.
Manage IT infrastructure, applications, and risk management compliance.
Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and senior leadership on IT initiatives.
Drive improvements in security, DR/BC planning, and incident response.
