We are looking for a dedicated IT Customer Service Analyst to join our team in enhancing our customer support experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:
Provide first-level support for technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
️ Troubleshoot hardware and software problems to ensure quick resolution.
Monitor and manage service requests using ticketing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in IT support or customer service roles.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (TOPIK 4 above)
